After cleaning, wood may benefit from sealing or staining to lock out moisture and UV rays. We can advise on optimal cure times, typically allowing the wood to dry thoroughly before finishing. For vinyl and metal, periodic gentle cleanings maintain color and sheen. Most fences do well on a 12–24 month maintenance cycle, depending on shade, irrigation, and exposure.
