Inspection and preparation: We assess surface type and condition, identify coatings, loose joints, oxidation, efflorescence, and safety hazards, then perform test spots. Furniture is moved, fragile areas are masked, electrical components are covered, and nearby plants are pre-rinsed.
Cleaning and restoration: Organic growth is pretreated, dwell times are monitored, and surfaces are rinsed at the lowest effective pressure. Concrete and pavers are cleaned with balanced passes to avoid wand marks. Wood can receive a two-step wash—cleaner followed by brightener—to restore tone. Spot treatments address rust, grease, and black mildew, followed by pH neutralization where needed.
Finishing options and care: Upon request, we re-sand paver joints with polymeric sand, apply breathable sealers, or recommend coatings to protect the surface. You receive care instructions, ideal cure windows before sealing, and a maintenance plan tailored to usage, shade, and drainage.
